We offer two major dry film lubricants for industries – Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) and Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). Both coatings provide excellent service in automotive applications.

Beneficial Features of WS2 and MoS2

Tungsten Disulfide and Molybdenum Disulfide can be utilized on small, medium, and large-sized components. Below are some of the well-known features:

Both lubricants prevent problems like seizing, friction, galling, and fretting
WS2 can withstand loads of up to 100,000 psi
Both lubricants can operate at temperatures of 350oC and above
MoS2 provides a low friction coefficient of 0.05 COF
They increase the effectiveness of engine oils
They lower operating temperatures as well as protect the component from corrosion

Both lubricants are extremely advantageous to engine performance as they are designed to reduce heat and wear and tear while improving the primary lubricant’s performance and increasing horsepower and transmission.
